Add a `search-config-v3` Nimbus feature and a matching secret setting under the existing Search category, so the collection used for search configuration can be selected remotely with a local override for testing. The default is off, matching the desktop `browser.search.configV3.featureGate` preference, and the switch is expected to be temporary while v3 is validated. |
