To unlock running ui tests on nightly. Also isolate leak canary tests to debug only - as we don't have leak canary in nightly. [try is running here](https://treeherder.mozilla.org/jobs?repo=try&landoInstance=lando-prod-2025&landoCommitID=99566) |
